By accessing our website and/or booking our cab services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
1. Service Description
Bajrangi Cab Service offers reliable cab services across New Delhi and surrounding regions. Our offerings include, but are not limited to:
- Point-to-point cab services
- Airport pick-up and drop-off
- Hourly rental packages
- Outstation trips
2. Booking and Cancellation
Booking:
All bookings must be made via our official website, customer service number, or mobile application. You will receive a confirmation via SMS or email once your booking is processed.
Cancellation:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time will not incur any charges.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows or cancellations at the time of pick-up will be charged 100% of the fare.
- Once the cab and driver details have been shared, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
3. Payment
Accepted Methods:
We accept payments via cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile wallets. In some cases, pre-payment may be required.
Fare Calculation:
Fares are based on distance, travel time, and applicable surcharges (such as tolls, night charges, or parking). The fare estimate shown during booking is indicative and may vary slightly at the time of trip completion.
4. Passenger Responsibilities
Behavior:
Passengers are expected to treat drivers and fellow passengers with respect. Abusive language, misconduct, or unruly behavior may result in immediate termination of service.
Belongings:
Passengers are responsible for their own belongings. Bajrangi Cab Service is not liable for lost or misplaced items.
Safety Compliance:
All passengers must wear seat belts and comply with traffic laws. Failure to do so may lead to cancellation of the ride without a refund.
5. Driver Responsibilities
Professional Conduct:
Drivers are required to maintain professionalism, including being punctual, polite, and keeping vehicles clean.
Compliance & Safety:
Drivers must follow traffic regulations and prioritize safe driving practices. They are also responsible for the upkeep and hygiene of the vehicle.
Right to Refuse Service:
A driver may refuse a ride if the passenger appears intoxicated, behaves inappropriately, or poses a safety risk.
6. Liability
Bajrangi Cab Service shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to accidents, traffic delays, or technical issues.
In case of a breakdown or unavoidable delay, we will do our best to arrange an alternate vehicle or offer a refund as deemed appropriate.
7. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used only to facilitate our services and will not be shared with third parties, except when required by law.
8. Amendments to Terms
Bajrangi Cab Service reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
